Peoples IT are pleased to be working for this leading Web / Internet / Online Solutions provider. They have a proven product servicing over 90 of Europe’s leading retail / manufacturers! These include Panasonic, Phillips, Tesco, Dyson, Sony, Phillips, Comet and many more! This is a great opportunity to work for this market leader!
The opportunity will involve exposure to the entire project lifecycle from initial inception to implementation and on going support. It will be working directly with the PHP Manager (a great mentor) and also with the creative departments. The role will be heavily developing in the PHP CAKE framework but also Web Developing utilising HTML, JavaScript and CSS. It will be working on the internal systems but also the online video solutions for the clients. The role will not be just coding in the corner but communicating across department and teams – potentially even clients. The role will offer the successful applicant good training from Senior Developers but also the chance to grow (as the team is expanding over the coming months!).
To qualify for this position you will be an experienced PHP (2yr+) / MySQL developer with Web development skills also. So HTML, JavaScript and CSS are also required. Any framework exposure or CAKE PHP would strongly assist your application. Good communication skills are also required as you will be working across teams.

This role is based in North London and is within ease of walk of a tube / rail station. It is also commutable from Hendon, Edgware, Finchley, Borehamwood (Hertfordshire), St Alban’s, Enfield, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Luton (Bedfordshire) and many more. It is just 5 mins from J4 on the M1.
