Account Manager / Executive / Client Services Manager – (Digital / Media) x2
London’s Leading Media / Online Agency urgently requires another Account Manager. They are truly established and well known in the industry. Their clients include some huge household names – Sony, Toshiba, Phillips, Panasonic, Apple and many more. They also work with 90 of Europe’s top retailers – Comet, Tesco’s, Argos, Carphonewarehouse etc!
Due to continued planned expansion (YES they are expanding in the credit crunch!) and the ongoing success of a number of Web / Media products they are seeking another Account Manager. The role will be serving large corporate accounts – possibly some of the above. Duties will include full account management of your accounts (you will be the point of call), liaising directly, upselling, adding value, ensuring client satisfaction etc etc. This will be pure Account Management of existing clientele and not New Business Sales / Development.
This is truly a great opportunity to join one of the leaders of there industry. I would comment on the products being “like what SMS was for mobile” – it is truly an essential for all online / media presence! It does not need to be sold!
To qualify for this post you will be an experienced Account Manager or Product Manager with experience of dealing with large corporate / multinational organisations. They are willing to consider applicants from all industry but you must have worked with LARGE CORPORATES!
